Brad Howe signs as Player/Forwards coach, after 10 years of national league rugby, most recently the 2023/2024 season spent with national league 1 side Plymouth Albion. Currently taking part in the County championship campaign with Cornwall RFC. Howe is returning to his home club where he grew up playing as a mini and junior.

Brad has a wealth of knowledge to bring to the club from both his playing and coaching experiences, having accumulated well over 100 games for National 2 side Redruth over his career and coaching Cornwall U20s forwards has given him an up to date agenda for the pack at here at Helston.

Brad: “I’m coming home this season, after lots of traveling in the higher leagues I’m looking forward to settling and pushing Helston on. The team itself is full of friends and some great players. Helston have always been a bit hit and miss both on and off the field and me and the other coaches have decided that it’s time to make a difference and build for the future, build a bit of a legacy moving forward something the town and community can be both proud of and a part of. I’m excited to help the existing lads see their potential and also the new signings we’ve got coming in are super exiting so keep your eyes peeled over the next week or so to see them.”
