After a long hard pre-season for Helston Men, the time for practice is over.
Recording a win over St Just 15-5 and a loss to Hayle 20-12 (in the worst conditions imaginable in August). The guys are ready and raring to go.

Tomorrow our season kicks off against Illogan park at home.
